Brother MFC-T920DW Setup

 Inside the box you will find, the Brother MFC-T920DW printer Ink bottles, Power cord and the Brother printer documents (Installation Guide and the User Guide)

Unpack the printer from the carton.

Remove the protective tapes surrounding the printer.

Open the paper tray from the bottom of the printer and open the cover.

Move the paper guides in the tray, place a stack of paper into it, and adjust the paper guides.

Push the paper tray back into the printer.

Unpack the power cord from the sealed packaging, connect it to the back of the printer, and then connect the plug into the main power source.

Press the Power button to turn it on.

Select the Language and the Country to complete the initial hardware setup.

Open the ink tank cover on the right side of the printer.

Remove the cap from each of the ink tanks.

Unpack the ink bottle and insert the nozzle firmly into the ink tank so the ink does not spill.

Once the ink tank is full, remove the bottle and close the cap to cover the ink tank.

Since the Brother printer does not come with the installation CD, you can download the software for the printer from this page or from the official Brother Support page.

Follow the on-screen commands to complete the download and the installation.

When the connection screen opens, you will be asked to connect the printer to the computer.

Select the desired connection of your choice and finish the software setup.
