 How to Connect HP Officejet Pro 6960 to Wireless

  1. You must have a few things ready before you initiate the wireless setup process on your HP Officejet Pro 6960 Printer Setup.
  2. A computer linked to a wireless network to which you will be connecting your printer.
  3. The name and passcode of your computer’s wireless network to provide if prompted.
  4. A wireless router to establish the system is also necessary.
  5. It is recommended to place the computer, router, and printer near to each other to avoid weak signal strengths.
  6. A broadband internet connection such as DSL is required and it must be continuous.
  7. Check if a USB cable connects the printer and computer, and if so, remove it.
  8. Install the printer software from us or the manufacturer’s site.
  9. From the printer’s control panel, go to Settings Network settings Wireless Setup Wizard.
  10. Based on the wizard’s instructions, complete the wireless setup on your computer.
