 XEROX VERSALINK C7025 UNBOXING SETUP

  1. Initially, take the Xerox printer out of the box and unpack it completely.
  2. Place the unpacked printer on a clean surface.
  3. Now, get the toner cartridges provided along with the printer box.
  4. Shake the cartridges before unpacking them.
  5. Now, open your Xerox printer’s front door.
  6. Install the unpacked toner cartridges one by one into their slots and close the front door.
  7. Pull out your printer’s front tray.
  8. Align the width guides and load paper in the tray.
  9. After loading the paper, adjust the width guides correctly and push the tray towards the printer.
  10. If necessary, install the optional components into the printer.
  11. Now, connect your printer to an electrical outlet and turn it on.
  12. Next, you need to set the initial settings of the printer.
  13. Perform the initial setup by following the on-screen instructions.
  14. Once it is done, begin the printer software installation on your computer.
  15. Finally, perform a test print operation to check whether the Xerox VersaLink C7025 printer setup is done correctly.
